Don't hide happiness

If someone said to me “Show me happiness” I would find it easy, I enjoy being with people, dancing and listening to music as well as playing games. I gain so much pleasure from any one of these activites that I could show my happiness.

Through out life there are many ups and downs which it seems make it difficult for some people to show their happiness to the outside world. A negative attitude makes them persistently annoyed or irritated by what happens around them with the resultant discomfort making it difficult for them to be happy.

I find a positive mental attitude makes it easy for me to find the best in everything I see and do, this makes me persistently happy throughout my life. In my past when I was struggling with a difficult relationship if anyone had said to me “show me happiness” or what could make me happy I would have struggled to reply.

Many people look forward to retirement, but not everyone finds it pleasant when it finally arrives. How can you make the most out of your so-called “golden” years?

happiness is loveMy challenge to you now is to show me happiness, what makes you happy, is it finding love which puts a smile on your face?

Leave me your comments about what makes you happy, I don’t mind what it is but be honest even if it’s casual sex or something similar provided it’s how you show your happiness in life.

There is so much joy and happiness it makes you want to be there to share it with them. Young and old people side by side happy together

Take a look at the glastonbury youtube video of The Verve and excellent performance, no wonder so many happy people are there.

The glastonbury festival is always oversubscribed the tickets are sold out weeks before the date it is to be held, 28th June in 2009.

On the glastonbury youtube posts its not just the bands who are featured although they do appear to be the most popular the attendees do feature as well such as this drunk guy entertaining the crowd until he fell into the mud.

This brings us to an important point, so many happy people enjoying the festival and posting the glastonbury youtube links and yet the conditions are diabolocal. Every year it seems the glastonbury festival of contempory performing arts entertains so many people why is it with such terrible conditions this is the case?

Tradition, camaraderie, friendship, music, or just the ambiance, whatever the reason the glastonbury youtube videos clearly show the happiness the festival brings to all who attend, long may it continue.

I enjoyed the evening but found it wasn’t actually as good a learning experience as Heist in Brighton. The dancers who teach the classes are excellent. There is a beginners class which I joined but since there were not enough men we only practiced the steps and didn’t actually do any partner dancing. This I suppose is why I felt that I hadn’t enjoyed the Salsa lesson as much as I do normally.

They have a group on facebook which I am member of if you are interested in finding out more heres a link to my profile if you look at the groups on my list its called Worthing Salsa. Add me while you are there I like making new friends whenever I can.

The brunette in black was my teacher in the beginners class but they are all excellent. I suspect they haven’t actually learned to dance at the Worthing class though, probably some professional training beforehand I would think judging by the way they move.

Can’t make it next week unfortunately but I hope to go back again soon.
