Making something out of nothing is tricky, but in the hands of the artist it is a challenge to be relished. For instance, take a phrase, any phrase, say ….  ‘healthy eating pyramid’, what’s that all about? To some, a random collection of words, but to the creative mind the possibilities are endless.

This particular phrase happens to be the title given to a contemporary art exhibition currently causing some consternation amongst the hipsters and chattering classes, leaving some with full bellies and satisfied smiles while for others the end result is yet another bout of flatulence. The ’healthy eating pyramid’ show runs till October and has much to digest.  Many of Britain’s finest have come to the table to debate, both visually and aurally, the disgraceful state of the nations diet and who is to be blamed for its continued nutritional decline. Who gains, who loses!

Be prepared for tempting appetisers, a few tasty morsels, some full blown lunches and a few proper puddings as Brit artists build and explore the ‘healthy eating pyramid’. The show delivers like a take away and the message is a serious one so put it at the top of your menu.

It was life Jim but not as we know it, Captain. I hope you follow Star Trek and childrens films or you will be totally lost by now.

If you talk to people and occasionally someone makes you an offer they got cheap recently and that’s why they can sell it on to you at a “steal”, then you are dabbling in the world of social marketing. That is life in the real living world where social marketing is about selling to your friends, Avon for example, you make friends, have parties and sell the products from Avon.

Times change, the dinosaurs nolonger roam the earth and man can do much more than grunt these days, we are living in a world of social marketing where people we trust make us offers we just can’t refuse. Everyone hates spam so it’s no use trying to sell by bulk email campaigns using a list gather by who knows who using whatever means, it’s just not good business sense.

Enter the world of social marketing and you will find you can sell to people you have never even met simply because you have used your social networking skills to gain their trust. Don't hide happiness

If someone said to me “Show me happiness” I would find it easy, I enjoy being with people, dancing and listening to music as well as playing games. I gain so much pleasure from any one of these activites that I could show my happiness.

Through out life there are many ups and downs which it seems make it difficult for some people to show their happiness to the outside world. A negative attitude makes them persistently annoyed or irritated by what happens around them with the resultant discomfort making it difficult for them to be happy.

I find a positive mental attitude makes it easy for me to find the best in everything I see and do, this makes me persistently happy throughout my life. In my past when I was struggling with a difficult relationship if anyone had said to me “show me happiness” or what could make me happy I would have struggled to reply.

Many people look forward to retirement, but not everyone finds it pleasant when it finally arrives. How can you make the most out of your so-called “golden” years?

My challenge to you now is to show me happiness, what makes you happy, is it finding love which puts a smile on your face?

Social networker showing the world some love every day filled with happiness, now its your turn to show some too.

In the shop, which incidentally was called fancy dress heaven I felt divine, I wanted to wear it all the way home I was hot and we both knew it. He kissed me in the cubicle and I wanted to go all the way but the curtain was badly fitting and the staff were just outside. Jack whispered soon baby soon. We packed the outfits away and took them home.

The party was of course that night so we went out in the afternoon to the beach it was really hot, scorching I wore my tiniest bikini, to increase the emotions between us, more fun for me you see. I couldn’t help thinking about fancy dress heaven. All afternoon I thought about what might have happened if Jack hadn’t been with me, no one could have resisted me I’m sure.

I fell asleep on the beach unfortunately dreaming of my fancy dress heaven and how much fun that evening was going to be. When Jack woke me I was disoriented, dehydrated suffering a bit. We went home and I went to be with a headache, he made me drink some juice and I told him to go to the party with his father.
