Do you have a Positive Mental Attitude?

PMA, a positive mental attitude is a significant issue in life. Your approach to life will not only affect you, it will also affect anyone you interact with. When you interract with

others the message you convey is directly affected by your attitude to the circumstances you are in and the way you perceive the person you are communicating with.

I always focus on the postive aspects of the location I am in and the people I am interacting with, my positive mental attitude to others has often helped my defuse an emotive situation. If you find yourself in a position in life where you can see conflict is about to occur think about the issue in hand from both sides and put forward the positive aspects of both parties views.

Often when you display a positive mental attitude towards the way they are behaving the conflict will gradually subside as each individual starts to see the other persons point of view. There is a lot of truth in the saying try standing in the other persons shoes, it really does help to diffuse conflict.

It makes no difference where you are a positive mental attitude can and will help you get through it even in hospital. It is a well documented fact that people who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and treated as though they were about to die have deteriorated over time and died. Not just on one occassion there are many instances, sometimes when the post mortem is carried out the diagnosis was wrong, there was nothing wrong with the patient except that had a negative mental attitude and believed they would die;

I am king

I am king

Take note as this is the power of the mind, a negative attitude can and does have the opposite effect of a positive mental attitude.
