The asset management firm have shown that the small investor can survive when the big boys are struggling. The firm was set up by David Scott in 2008 but suffered initial setbacks when UBS took legal action on the grounds that clients were poached by employees at UBS before leaving.
UBS won an injunction against Vestra Wealth at that time, but the unexpected victory didn’t leave them reeling, they simply got on with the job. Now Vestra Wealth have regained their poise and are stepping up a hiring spree to boost growth.
